CeCe is a beautiful 2-year-old female terrier mix who can be a bit shy meeting new people initially, but as soon as she gets to know you, she will melt in your arms. She does great with other dogs her size, but needs a home without small dogs or cats. She loves belly rubs, play tug with toys and going on walks. She is potty trained.
