Mayor Lori Lightfoot has totally decimated a once proud and strong city. She has allowed criminals to run rampant without deterrents and ramifications for their actions. Each year, Chicago ranks near the top of the list in murder, shootings, robberies, carjackings, etc. Just look at the former Magnificent Mile on Michigan Avenue with 30% vacancies. My daughter and son-in-law were forced to sell their River North property because of the 2020 riots. Who wants to shop or dine downtown when muggers and thugs rule?

This is for Ken from Burbank. You are absolutely correct, Chicago is turning into another Detroit. Downtown is terrifying, especially for white people. When I hear make America great again, I think make Chicago great again. Lightfoot does nothing, does not like to report Black crime. What about all the crime that is not reported? Yeah. We have all these activists that want to defund the police. We need to double the police.

I laughed so hard when I heard on “The View” all of what Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis wants to ban. I hope he does all of his banning, which is a list way too long to mention, and he will get all the attention that he desperately needs. He will jump off the cliff and take his radical friends with him. And by the way, don’t you just love late-night TV comedy, I’m going to miss it in 2024.

At the State of the Union message, President Biden should ask the American public if they are better off now than three years earlier. The response would be a resounding no. It is indeed, worse, much worse. He definitely lied to all of us Americans during the 2020 election.

I have just read the story about the crooked Cook County food service director that bought $1.5 million worth of chicken wings for herself with Harvey school district funds. This woman is 66 years old, and I would think would have more smarts than that. So that leads me to believe this is not her first time. Now she’ll be spending her golden years in jail, hopefully.

Yeah, I’m seeing that ComEd had utilities shut off for nonpayment across the Chicago area. This is after the fact that they got fined $200 million. They bought and received $199 million for increases. That’s the same thing. They got fined, yet they got approved for the same amount they got fined for. Why not take the money they got fined, the $200 million, and I don’t know what they’re doing with that money. Whoever got it. Why don’t they give it toward the people that owe money and stop their shut offs. Thanks, Mike Madigan.

Kim Foxx is not pursuing the four pending sex abuse cases against R. Kelly. Doesn’t it seem funny that all these people that she is not prosecuting are money people and Black. Think about, Jesse Smollet and now this guy. She had him and she’s going to let him go, as usual. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. People ought to vote her out of office. She lets too many of these criminals go.

We shouldn’t be surprised that George Soros-sponsored Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx decided to let R. Kelly’s charges off just because of limited resources. It’s just another example of Foxx’s misuse of Cook County justice.

To those who continue to ramble on about non-politician or political officeholder Hunter Biden, his personal computer and making money off the family Biden name, remember all the Trump children who are making millions annually off their computers, international business dealings and the Trump family name and ex-presidential ties. Also, son-in-law Jared Kushner made millions off his ties and business investments and dealings with Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Do I hear Republicans saying double standard? Probably not.
