PITTSBURGH — Loyola’s Kayde Dotson hit a tying 3-pointer with 0.4 seconds left in regulation, but the Ramblers made only one basket in overtime and lost to Davidson 64-59 on Thursday night in the second round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament.
Roberts Blums scored 14 points and Sean Logan added four of his 10 in overtime for the Wildcats (20-12), who advanced to face No. 3 seed Saint Joseph’s (21-10) in a quarterfinal Friday.

Miles Rubin scored a game-high 20 points and added nine rebounds for the Ramblers (9-24). Alexander Richardson had 14 points, seven rebounds and two blocks, and Dotson finished with 11 points. Dotson’s 3-pointer with 2:47 left in overtime pulled the Ramblers within 60-59, but Davidson held on.
Loyola, which knocked off Richmond in the first round despite being the bottom seed in the 14-team tournament, closed the first half with a 7-2 run for a 24-19 halftime lead.
