A man was fatally shot Saturday night in a drive-by shooting in the Bridgeport neighborhood, according to Chicago police.
Police responded to a call of a victim shot around 11:26 p.m. Upon arrival, officers said they found a 36-year-old man on the ground in the 2500 block of South Hillock Avenue. The man was exiting his vehicle when a red SUV pulled up and he was shot at, police say. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
