Stephanie Izard has created a mini-empire of goat-themed restaurants (fun fact: Izard is the name of a type of goat found in the Pyrenees), but none has approached the level of her original Girl & the Goat — until now. Izard’s Peruvian-themed, rooftop restaurant (atop The Hoxton hotel) is fun, festive and practical; most of the restaurant is enclosed by glass, so the 12th-floor views remain attractive even as the weather turns dismal.
