(Down from 18) Abraham Conlon, winner of the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: Great Lakes award in 2018, presents the mysteries of Macanese-inspired food in a room that is joyfully noisy, crowded and communal. The informative menu and knowledgeable servers remove the fear factor. The key to experiencing this restaurant is to visit twice; once for the various small plate, a follow-up for the signature entree, arroz gordo (feeds two at least).
