The 23-year-old man who was found dead in the middle of a Plano subdivision street early Friday morning has been identified.

Plano police released a statement saying that the public is not in danger and that everyone believed to have been involved in the incident has been accounted for.
Yellow crime scene tape blocked off a good portion of the 4200 block of Cummins Street Friday morning. Neighbors said a man was found in the roadway following an early morning altercation.
Plano police said several people have been identified as being involved in the incident and are being questioned. A release sent out by the department Friday afternoon said officers are not looking for anyone else involved and that the community is not in danger.

Members of the Kendall County Major Crimes Task Force and the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigation unit are assisting in the investigation, Plano police said.
Nikki Erath, who lives across the street from where the man was found, said she woke up around 4 a.m. to a fight going on outside her window.
“Someone was banging on a car and laying on the horn,” she said. “We looked out the window and called the cops.”
Erath said she and her husband saw a man lying outside of a car in the street. Erath said she saw one vehicle drive away from the scene.
Plano police investigators and members of the Illinois State Police remained on the scene late Friday morning, taking pictures of several vehicles and combing the area for clues.
Officers at the scene refused to comment on the case and directed questions to Plano Police Chief Steven Eaves. Calls to the chief were not immediately returned.
Patrick Conway, who lives in Lakewood Springs, said he was driving home around 6:30 a.m. when he saw a purple tent set up in the middle of the street. Underneath the tent was a body covered in a tarp, he said.
“It’s usually a pretty quiet neighborhood,” Conway said. “You get your speeders, but that’s about it.”
Another woman who was walking by the scene with her small child and dog had tears in her eyes as she asked investigators about what had happened.
“This is getting ridiculous,” she shouted, alluding to recent trouble in the neighborhood. “What’s happening to this place?”
Toftoy said he was called to the scene around 7:40 a.m. The man was pronounced dead at 8:28 a.m., he said.
