No matter where you stand on universal health care, you’ll find it difficult not to be moved by the stories told in the new documentary “Critical Condition” — stories of ordinary Americans without medical insurance. For many, it’s a Catch-22: They can’t work until they get treatment, but they can’t afford treatment without a job. There is one very sad ending and a happy one — but even that story is a bittersweet exception to the rule.
