Maine South at New Trier

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m. at New Trier’s west campus, 7 Happ Rd.,

Northfield

What to watch: Can New Trier’s mix of Dillon Napoleon’s passing and George Brigandi’s running keep Maine South’s high-octane passing attack on the sideline? No. 8 Maine South (6-1, 3-0) can clinch the Central Suburban South title with a victory over New Trier (6-1, 3-0) and extend its conference winning streak to 34. The Hawks are led by QB Charlie Goro (1,600 yards passing, 14 TDs), WR Danny Benson and RB David Chao.

Bob Sakamoto’s pick: Maine S.
