When “Prison Break” concluded last season, Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) had broken his brother Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) out of jail. So what happens when the show returns next month?
After a news conference Tuesday at the Summer TV Press Tour in Pasadena, reporters didn’t have many answers. Series creator Paul Scheuring is keeping quiet.
This we know: William Fichtner plays a ruthless FBI agent hunting the guys, who will split up. And, like the first season, Season 2 will only comprise about three weeks’ time.
Scheuring did reveal that there is more to Michael’s intricate tattoo than a prison blueprint.
“Also encoded within that were things that you needed to make sure that you disappeared forever, things that would happen outside the walls,” Scheuring said. “We’re going to have a lot more fun with the little puzzles and riddles encoded in the tattoo in Season 2.”
