Hawks buy out vets Brown, Barnaby

The Blackhawks bought out the contracts of center Curtis Brown and winger Matthew Barnaby. The move will cost the Hawks two-thirds of the remainder of the contracts (roughly $413,000 for Brown, $439,000 for Barnaby), which will count against the salary cap.
