The five best Big Ten games to see this season:
Jan. 10: Michigan State at Wisconsin: A potential “statement” game for both teams looking to establish early-season dominance.
Feb. 3: Illinois at Indiana: These border wars always can be testy, and the Illini figure to be looking for a road victory against a team that will surprise many.
Feb. 29: Ohio State at Michigan: OSU-Michigan football is always huge; for two teams hunting an NCAA bid, this one will be too.
March 2: Wisconsin at Michigan State: Turnabout time for someone in a game that could influence tournament seedings.
March 2: Michigan at Indiana: Loser could be in trouble for an NCAA bid in a season of dogfights.
