If a Cook County judge has his way, a 16-year-old south suburban youth who ran onto the field to attack a baseball coach last year at Comiskey Park will spend time in boot camp, undergoing physical training and counseling.
Juvenile Court Judge Michael Stuttley on Wednesday recommended that the son of William Ligue Jr., 35, of Alsip, who also took part in the attack, be placed in the Illinois Department of Corrections boot camp for youthful offenders, said Tom Stanton, a Cook County state’s attorney spokesman.
