An Ingleside man died early Monday of injuries he received in a single-vehicle accident near Ingleside.
Louis M. Aruza, 20, of the 26400 block of Big Hollow Road, was traveling east on Wooster Lake Drive when he lost control of his 1995 Saturn and crashed into a tree in front of a home in the 26500 block of Wooster Lake, Lt. Fred Heidecke of the Lake County Sheriff’s Department said.
Heidecke said Aruza wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
The crash occurred at 9:14 p.m. Sunday, Heidecke said.
Aruza was airlifted to Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, where he was pronounced dead at 1:11 a.m., Heidecke said.
