Roxie and Oscar are a bonded pair who have been at the shelter since they were kittens. Oscar has taken upon himself to be the greeting committee to new cats and is definitely a lap cat and loves attention. Roxie on the other hand is shy, but still super lovable when she warms up to you. She may be a bit more reserved but still loves attention and neck scratches. Both of them love to play and snuggle together and get along with other cats.
