The city of Gary and the Citizens Action Coalition will hold a community forum on data centers and increasing utility bills from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Gary Public Safety Community Room, 555 Polk St.

City Councilman Darren Washington, D-at-large, said last week he and Councilman Dwight Williams, D-6th, organized the forum to bring information to Gary residents.

Speakers include Kerwin Olson, executive director of the Citizens Action Coalition, a nonprofit environmental and consumer advocacy group. CAC program director Bill Inskeep is also scheduled to speak along with Gary leaders.
