They were at the beach together on and Amezcua brought beatboxes, which are alcoholic beverages, the affidavit states. She took some videos while at the beach with the two of them going down the slide, court records state. She had asked Amezcua to call his sister to pick them up but he refused. The victim said she didn’t remember the ride home and the next thing she recalled was her legs hanging off the bed, records state. She woke up to find Amezcua having sex with her. She remembers blacking out again and telling Amezcua to stop because it hurt, the affidavit states. She recalls that her sweatshirt was covered in vomit.
Another witness came in the room at one point to give her water and help her sober up, court records state. That witness told her that someone was there to take her home, but she fell off onto the lawn when trying to go down steps. When she got home, someone else helped her take a bath, records state. She was bleeding heavily.
Amezcua told police that they had come back from the beach and hung out in the bedroom, the affidavit states. He said the victim was “giving off the vibe” and saying “do you want to make love to me” before he admitted having sex with her.
