Moving violation
Siarhei Matsiukevich, 41, of the 2100 block of Sprucewood Avenue, Des Plaines, was charged July 25 with driving on a revoked driver’s license following an incident near Lake Cook Road and Raupp Boulevard. Matsiukevich is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 16 in Rolling Meadows.
Gabrielle Markocki, 21, of the 100 block of Inverrary Lane, Deerfield, was charged July 31 with driving on a suspended driver’s license and speeding following an incident near Dundee Road and Vernon Lane.
DUI

Janier Perez Gomez, 24, of the 1900 block of North Green Lane, was charged Aug. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a BAC of 0.08 or more, and failure to remain at the scene of a vehicle damage accident following an incident near Bernard Drive and Terrace Place. Perez Gomez is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 8 in Mundelein.
Theft
There was a report July 28 that retail theft occurred on July 26 in the first block of East Dundee Road.
There was a report July 28 that theft of motor vehicle parts occurred on July 26 in the 800 block of Saxon Place.
There was a report July 31 that the theft of motor vehicle parts occurred July 29 in the 1200 block of East Deerfield Parkway.
There was a report July 30 of theft in the 700 block of South Buffalo Grove Road.
