Fernando Naranjo, 27, of the 2600 block of Pirates Cove, Schaumburg, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding at 9:38 a.m. May 15 on the 200 block of Ogden Avenue in Westmont.
