DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
An individual reported April 20 that a previously mailed check was altered after receiving a fraud alert, police said. The check was written for $8,520.00.
An individual reported April 25 that personal information was used to open a DirecTV account, police said. There was no reported financial loss.
