Aggravated assault
There was a report April 11 of an aggravated assault- shots fired incident in the 700 block of South Buffalo Grove Road.
Moving violation
Geovany Flores Figueroa, 30, was charged April 13 with driving on a revoked driver’s license and speeding- over statutory limit, following an incident in the 2500 block of Millbrook Drive.
Jerome Mathews, 36, of the 1000 block of South Wellington Road, Waukegan, was charged April 17 with driving a vehicle while having a suspended driver’s license, with operating a motor vehicle when registration suspended for non-insurance and operating an uninsured motor vehicle following an incident near Dundee Road and Vernon Lane. Mathews is scheduled to appear in court May 12 in Mundelein.
Criminal damage to property
There was a report April 13 that criminal damage to property occurred April 12 in the first block of Radcliffe Road.
Criminal trespass
There was a report April 13 that criminal trespass to real property occurred in the 1200 block of Radcliffe Road.
Theft
Ana Maria Cuellar Saenz, 24, of the 4100 block of North Bloomington Avenue, Arlington Heights, was charged April 14 with retail theft following an incident in the 1500 block of East Deerfield Parkway. Cuellar Saenz is scheduled to appear in court May 10 in Waukegan.
Johanna Saenz Clavijo, 42, of the 4100 block of North Bloomington Avenue, Arlington Heights, was charged April 14 with retail theft following an incident in the 1500 block of East Deerfield Parkway. Cuellar Saenz is scheduled to appear in court May 10 in Waukegan.
There was a report April 18 of theft in the first block of North Buffalo Grove Road.
Burglary
There was a report April 17 of burglary in the 1100 block of McHenry Road.
