Appropriate response: After comparing Donald Trump to Nelson Mandela and Jesus Christ, Marjorie Taylor Greene was booed off the stage in New York City. Apparently, the citizens of Gotham are quicker than most at recognizing an eccentric after all those years of dealing with Rudy Giuliani.

Inappropriate response: President Biden, while getting ready to speak after the mass shooting down in Nashville, starts talking about ice cream, making jokes, laughing, giggling. He’s got no clue as to how to act as a person let alone a president. Glad I didn’t vote for him but you people out there that did, he’s on you.

Indictment equals victory? A big thank you to Alvin Bragg for indicting Donald Trump. You have just guaranteed that he will be elected president in the 2024 election.

Act of kindness: I’d like to say thank you to the lovely lady I talked with recently at my son’s doctor’s office. She noticed my adult special needs son had a stuffed bird. She asked if he liked animals. I replied he has many stuffed animals and loves all animals! She went home and picked up a large stuffed dog to give it to my son, but we had already left. She left the dog with the office staff and they notified us. Thank you so much for your kindness! You made Paul so happy and his smile was huge when he saw the dog.

Trump’s special treatment: Supposedly no one is above the law but Donald Trump’s arraignment on Tuesday did not include handcuffs or a mugshot. It seems that a former president, whether disgraced or not, resides in a country that is far different than that of the average citizen.

Low moral character: I agree with every person that believes the criminal indictment of former president Donald J. Trump is unprecedented. It is unprecedented because never before in our country’s history have we had a president of such low moral character who would put himself in this position in the first place. The law applies to everyone and he is innocent until proved guilty just like the rest of us would be. He is not above the law and neither are we.
