DUI
Andrew Kaimakis, 31, of the 400 block of South Barrington Road, Wauconda, was charged Feb. 27 with aggravated driving under the influence- involved in an accident resulting in great bodily harm/permanent disability/disfigurement to another, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with BAC of .08 or more, possession of controlled substance; and uninsured motor vehicle/bodily harm, following an incident at the intersection of North Arlington Heights and McHenry roads. Kaimakis was scheduled to appear in court March 3 in Waukegan.
Maria Brown, 38, of Waukegan was charged March 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a BAC of .08 or more; and speeding over statutory limit following an incident near Lake Cook Road and Hastings Drive. Brown is scheduled to appear in court March 22 in Waukegan.
Moving violation
Nancy Sanchez, 37, of the 4900 block of West Deming Place, Chicago, was charged March 6 with driving on a suspended driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle when registration suspended following an incident at Milwaukee Avenue and Lake Cook Road. Sanchez is scheduled to appear in court March 22 in Waukegan.
Burglary
There was a report of burglary that occurred on Feb. 27, and reported on Feb. 28 in the 1100 block of McHenry Road.
