THEFT

Richard Romolo, 54, of the 5600 block of N. Keystone Ave., Chicago was charged Feb. 20 with retail theft at a business on the first block of Green Bay Road last December, police said. There is a scheduled court date of April 3.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES

A counterfeit $100 bill was reported used Feb. 22 at a business on the 300 block of Hazel Avenue, police said.
