April Sanchez, 54, of the 1800 block of White Avenue, Joliet, was charged with aggravated battery to police officers, driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at 3:52 a.m. Feb. 25 at Lincoln Street and Ogden Avenue. Sanchez reportedly kicked two officers after being stopped for speeding.

Anthony Victory, 26, of the 1100 block of North Harding Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended and possession of marijuana by driver at 10:45 a.m. Feb. 26 after being involved in a single vehicle crash at Route 83 and 55th Street.
