Justin Ramel, 30, of the 100 block of South Villa Avenue, Addison, was charged with domestic battery at 12:17 a.m. Feb. 13 for an incident that occurred at 12:31 a.m. Feb. 11 on the 200 block of Oxford Avenue.

Traffic

Miguel Valtes-Lopez, 37, of the 5400 block of South Kilbourn Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license and improper lighting — no taillights — at 11:47 p.m. Feb. 12 at Route 83 and 55th Street.
