Green still safer: People have been complaining about wind farms killing birds. It’s true but far fewer animals die from wind and solar than coal, oil and gas production. Gas and oil emit 75% of the global greenhouse gas emissions and nearly 90% of all carbon dioxide emissions, hundreds of times more than green energy. There are seven large oil spills a year that spoil thousands of acres of land. Over 1,000 small spills are destroying sensitive waters and land. Fracking is pumping toxic chemicals into our ground and leaching into our ground water. There’s only about 47 years of oil left in the world. If we don’t look for alternative sources now we will be left with no power.
Desantis a patriot: Ron DeSantis would make a great president! He values teaching our children the important subjects that are needed for a good education, not the mind-poisoning critical race theory that many so-called progressives are pushing in this country. He values life, is a God-fearing man and values our freedoms in our country that our Constitution guanantees. He is an American patriot!
Time to disappear: Groundhog Day has come and gone and the furry varmint soon disappeared for another year. If only the same could be said of all those mayoral candidates in Chicago.
Trump campaign money: It’s been reported that Donald Trump is having trouble raising money for his reelection campaign. Does that mean demand for classified documents isn’t what it used to be?

End message monopoly: So, activists are happy the phrase “end racism” is painted on the grass near football end zones? The players can wear slogans on the back of their helmets, like “inspire change”? What I’d like to see changed is the monopoly on the NFL’s social campaigns. Buckling to activists and athletes, the league has taken the position this one issue, racism, is more important than others and deserves indefinite attention and funding. Other issues are important. Perhaps next year, end child abuse should be painted near end zones, the year after, end domestic violence or support the elderly.
Solutions, not more laws: California’s oppressive gun laws aren’t working. Three mass shootings in eight days. I wish our politicians would realize that more gun laws aren’t the solution. We need real solutions, not just more laws so you can tell your constituents that you’re doing something.
