Property damage
John R. Hagan Jr., 52, of the 1700 block of State Street, Calumet City, was charged with criminal damage to property at 3:52 p.m. Jan. 27 after reportedly banging his head on, and breaking the door of, a Pace bus at 22nd Street and York Road.
Theft
Yeimy P. Ramirez Escobar, 31, of the 2200 block of Nicholas Road, Arlington Heights, was charged with retail theft at 6:11 p.m. Jan. 29 after taking unspecified merchandise from Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center.
Javari L. Carter, 18, of the 400 block of South Ninth Avenue, Maywood, was charged with retail theft at 2:03 p.m. Feb. 1 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nieman Marcus, 6 Oakbrook Center.
Lucian Chepteni, 18, of the 1200 block of Pine Valley Drive, Schaumburg, was charged with retail theft at 4:23 p.m. Feb. 1 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nordstrom, 10 Oakbrook Center.
