Cody Johnson, 21, of the 1200 block of Klafter Court, Streamwood, was charged with armed robbery with a dangerous weapon at 2:48 p.m. Jan. 28 on the 200 block of Richmond Avenue after meeting an acquaintance there to purchase a cellphone.
