A few things the Bears have to do. First thing is get a new coach. The next thing is get a new quarterback. Either make Justin Fields or running back or get rid of him, he obviously doesn’t want to be a quarterback. He wants to be a running back. Let’s get a quarterback who wants to be a quarterback and is good at throwing the ball to the right team and not fumbling. Oh my God, the Chicago Bears look like a high school football team.

The Chicago Sun-Times will have openings in their sports department to replace the homers who pick the Bears to beat Detroit and the eight losses that proceeded the game. Those homers that continually pick the Bears to win will be moving their picks to the comics section. I hope they’re not writing bad checks to cover their losses.

The Chicago Bears and the Chicago Blackhawks are two teams that are unfixable. Both teams need too many replacements. Each team could have the first 10 picks in the draft as still be futile. Expect a five-year delay to be competitive.

Nearly two years out of office, the Donald Trump haters spew their venom in Speak Out. I guess they were unhappy with 1.4% inflation, energy independence, 3 million fewer people from 160 countries illegally crossing the U.S. southern border, no war in Ukraine and resultant global starvation. I assume you are happy now.

There were calls for the resignation of Rep. George Santos from New York because of lying about his heritage, education and professional career. Boy that sure sounds familiar! We have the same type of person sitting in the Oval Office, but his lying has gone on for a much longer time. Do we hear any calls for his resignation from the fake news?

Bob of Oak Forest, you stated that it would be highly unlikely for Blacks to storm the Capitol since Blacks benefit from so many government programs. Are you implying that somehow Blacks benefit from government programs more than other races, or was that just another racist stereotype? It is highly unlikely that Blacks would try to lead a rebellion against the government in the delusional hope of forcefully keeping a narcissistic liar in office.
