Theft

Henry J. McLaurin, 43, of the 7700 block of South Calumet Avenue, Chicago, was charged with retail theft at 5:33 p.m. Dec. 8 after taking unspecified merchandise from Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center.

Uriel Roldan-Alonso, 23, of the 500 block of South 48th Avenue, Bellwood, was charged with retail theft at 2:26 p.m. Dec. 10 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nordstrom, 10 Oakbrook Center.

Sonali Samantsinghar, 37, of the 200 block of Cortez Court, Naperville, was charged with retail theft at 7:24 p.m. Dec. 10 after taking unspecified merchandise from Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center.

A catalytic converted was reported stolen at 9:55 a.m. Dec. 13 from a vehicle parked on the 1100 block of 22nd Street.

Three women, reported to be between the ages of 16 and 20, took cosmetic skin care items priced at $4,267 on Dec. 13 from Ulta, 2155 W. 22nd St. The incident was reported at 1:24 p.m. Dec. 14.

Traffic

Jeremiah Matthews, 18, of the 700 block of Wilson Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving while license suspended and driving with an obstructed windshield — front and back — at 10:02 p.m. Dec. 8 at Butterfield Road and Patton Avenue.

Tajh A. McElvy, 22, of the 1700 block of Victoria Avenue, Bellwood, was charged with driving without a valid license for more than a year at 11:43 p.m. Dec. 13 at Route 83 and 16th Street.

Weapons

Robert O. Davis, 25, of the 1400 block of Central Avenue, Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, driving without a valid license, driving with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 11:26 p.m. Dec. 12 at York and Oak Brook Roads.
