Ken, Your logic is strange. I guess you don’t want to sell the silos? You complain about the proposed sale, then leap to Gov. Pritzker being a crook, and toilets. The toilet trope is really old. By the way, when you accuse someone of a crime, you should present some actual proof of crime, not toilets. What are some wonderful things that the Republicans have planned.

The world is begging for an increase in oil and natural gas supply, and we are cutting back instead of taking advantage of this great market opportunity. My 8-year-old grandson could figure this one out. Too bad our President can’t.

Immigrants risk everything to escape communism, socialism, fascism, big government oppression and corruption. Unfortunately, our country is becoming more and more like the place they left. We already have the corruption.

Bill, Plainfield.

Everyone has to know that Bailey is in Pritzker’s pocket. This entire election is a setup: greed, power, money and more money. We need a veterans home or veterans benefits, senior homes, better schools, homes for the homeless, and food and every child’s mouth — not just a chosen group. I lived in several states due to my spouse’s work. Illinois is the filthiest and the most corrupt by far.

I read where Gov. Pat Quinn abolished Illinois’ death penalty in 2011. As everyone knows, Illinois’ Cook County shooting/killing rate has skyrocketed. Shooters have no reason to fear retribution no matter how heinous. If Pritzker would repeal that stupid law, it could at least have the shooter thinking of the consequences of pullin’ the trigger and killing someone. If found guilty … automatic death sentence.
