Send out the clown
I hope you all aren’t falling for this big ploy that our illustrious Pritzker is throwing out just before the election. He’s rescinded all the taxes that he wanted so bad, that he had to put on for the rest of the year. He’s going to take the penny a gallon off our gas, which is really going to save us tons of money — a penny a gallon. All so he can get into office again and stick us with all the garbage that he has placed upon us in the years that he’s been governor. It’s time this clown leaves. Let him go live in the Bahamas, up in his Wisconsin mansions or wherever he wants to go. But I don’t want him sitting down in Springfield anymore, and I hope a lot of other people don’t either. It’s time to get rid of this clown.
Attend meetings
It’s a shame that the citizens of Waukegan don’t attend the City Council meetings. Recently, they voted for a budget that will hire 33 new people. The mayor is hiring people from other cities. They’re not Waukegan residents. Thirty-three new hires and she’s going to bring in a city administrator, and they’re going to need an assistant and a secretary. I mean, she’s spending money like the casino is paying out.
Nobody cares

As you drive from the Wisconsin state line south on Sheridan Road, after you get your cheap gas at the station up there, it’s surprising to see the difference between Winthrop Harbor — which is well-kept with not a lot of garbage crawling around or weeds — and Zion. Zion is a community that’s making improvements. Slow, but sure. They have a long way to go, but they’re getting there. Beach Park has to hold the record for garbage on the streets. They can pick It up one day, and the next day it’s right back. We’ve got some real problems. A lot of it is people, and people will be people. But we have to get something done to keep this mess in order. We deserve better as taxpayers living in a community. I guess you could say, why keep your home up? Nobody cares.
Do our investigation
Elections are coming up again for governor. Are we going to fall for the same movie over and over again? Irvin is no good. He’s a puppet who leans to the left. He may say he’s a Republican, but there’s no Republican in him. He’s just a puppet trying to make the money before he retires. So, come on, Illinoisans. Let’s get out and really do our investigation, and vote for the right person for Illinois. Illinoisans deserve it. We’ve earned it. Let’s do this. If not, you’re lazy along with the rest of these other so-called Republican people that are running. Remember, they’re all in sheep’s clothing We don’t want the same stuff that we’ve had.
Years of misinformation
The New York Times is replacing its executive editor, who was Dean Baquet. They’re replacing him with Joseph Kahn, who has worked at the paper since 1993. Joseph Kahn previously served the newspaper in the Beijing bureau. So the New York Times should be right in line with their previous five years of misinformation.
