Detrimental to every American
President Obama visited the White House and received rock star status, while bumbling President Biden looked around for a friend. President Obama said that the Democrats should run on their record, so here’s their record. They’re number 1 in Afghanistan for leaving dead military people there, ruining the rights of women, having Americans still stuck there and leaving $85 billion in weapons and vehicles there. So that makes Joe Biden the number 1 arms dealer in the world. They’re number 1 on our southern border: 1.7 million migrants have come across the border illegally so far. Biden is number 1 in gas prices. Biden is number 1 in screwing up the American economy with inflation. Democrats are detrimental to every American citizen.
Have a dart ready
I have a very silly, stupid question, but can somebody explain to me why Billy the Bison has been loose for six months? People have been able to get close to it, and the co-owner states that he’s been within 10 feet of it, and no one has been able to tranquilize this beast with a dart? I don’t understand.
Lips are moving
There is only one way to tell when President Joe Biden is lying to the public — when his lips are moving.
This needs to stop
When are we going to put a stop to all the migrants coming over the border? This needs to stop. We need to start choosing candidates that actually care for this country. These people coming in are going to take lower wages, and end up taking over the jobs in our country. You don’t believe it? Look at the wave from 10 years ago, and see if that didn’t cause a problem.
Who needs Congress?
Why do we need Congress to pass anything when you have a doofus president who writes executive orders every time someone has to pass gas?
Litter bugs?
Anyone living in northern Illinois — Waukegan, Zion, Antioch — one has to ask yourself, is all of that trash from people throwing things out of their cars or is the majority of that coming from the garbage carriers and garbage pickup companies in the area? I think somebody needs to take a hard look at that. It’s sad that something can’t be done. If it’s people just littering, then we need to do something about that.
Short sentences
No less a luminary than Ernest Hemingway once urged writers to use short and to-the-point sentences. I urge current journalists to please take heed. They seem to have forgotten periods, but love commas. In a recent story, I counted 22 lines in one sentence, one paragraph. By the end of the paragraph, I had forgotten what the point was.
