This is for “Vote this man out,” who challenged us to say what Pritzker has done for the state of Illinois. He’s done plenty. His Rebuild Illinois to upgrade roads, bridges, railroad, broadband and universities. He raised the minimum wage, passed a balanced budget, legalized recreational marijuana, with the taxes helping the budget; pension consolidation for fire and police, got the state’s credit status upgraded, got us medical supplies when Trump could not during the pandemic, got casinos finally off the ground with additional licenses. My question is what did Rauner and Trump do for Illinois? Absolutely nothing. We’ve had a Republican, except for 12 years, since 1977, and you see what a mess the state is in. So, be happy we have a Democratic governor doing a job for the people of the state of Illinois. Give him time, and more will happen. Do some research people.

I just heard President Biden reassuring everybody that the inflation isn’t going to hurt us because we’re the greatest nation in the world, and how he’s going to restore the energy prices so that people could get fuel at a lower cost. It’s funny, we have a president who doesn’t even have enough energy in his entire body to finish a sentence without being exasperated, and sounding like he’s winded at the end of a comprehensive thought.

Wow, I saw on the news all the security measures that were taken for a safe Super Bowl. It’s too bad they don’t take all these security measures at our borders to keep our country safe.

It’s wonderful to see all the nice, new, fresh clean stores going up in Gurnee. The new Popeye’s, it’s wonderful. It’s a wonderful new store, while Waukegan keeps going with the old, outdated Popeye’s. That’s Waukegan — outdated.
