Naperville cops looking for a man accused of making lewd comments to a child

A man who allegedly made lewd remarks to a child walking in a south side Naperville neighborhood Thursday is being sought by Naperville police.

The incident occurred about 3 p.m. in the area of Chinaberry Lane and Ashwood Road in the Ashwood Park subdivision, a news release said.

The victim ran from the man, who was driving a newer-model black SUV with tinted windows, authorities said.

Described as being 20 to 30 years old, the suspect had short brown hair and was wearing a grey sweatshirt with a zipper front.
