Identity theft
On the 800 block of Harding Road on July 26, an unknown person used someone’s credit card information to make two fraudulent charges totaling $385.78. Incident was reported on Aug. 23
On the 400 block of West 8th Place on Aug. 23, an unknown person used someone’s credit card information to make a fraudulent charge of $499.99.
On the 800 block of South Clay Street on Aug. 28 at 6:04 p.m., an unknown person opened two cellphone accounts using someone else’s identity.
Burglary
On the 300 block of Claymoor Road in the Claymoor Condominiums garage, between Aug. 20, 4 p.m. and Aug. 26 9:30 a.m., someone reported that construction tools valued at more than $1,000 were missing from the garage unit.
On the 200 block of East Walnut Street between Aug. 26, 5 p.m. and Aug. 27, 8 a.m., someone reported construction tools valued at $898 were stolen from a construction site.
