Seacrest, out?

Ryan Seacrest didn’t show up for work again on Monday.

Like last week, Kelly Ripa’s husband, actor Mark Consuelos filled in for him during Monday’s broadcast of “Love with Kelly & Ryan.”

The “American Idol” host’s absence comes after last week’s widespread concern and denial that he suffered a stroke on TV.

“It is Monday, May 25, Memorial Day. Welcome to the show. Filling in for Ryan today, he’s got the day off, is my immortal beloved Mark Consuelos…,” Rippa opened the show, which is produced remotely from the Caribbean amid the coronavirus crisis.

The episode was reportedly pre-recorded.

On Sunday, Seacrest posted a photo of himself on Instagram – seemingly during a hike away from home, clad in a mask and athleisurewear.

“A breath of fresh air …. even from behind a mask,” the 45-year-old Atlanta native captioned the shot. “Happy Memorial Day Weekend!”

“I’m doing well, thank you. I want to thank Mark for filling in yesterday. I appreciate that,” the Emmy Award-winning media mogul said on air from his home the next day. “He’s so good at it.”

“And also all the very kind well wishes for my exhaustion,” he added. “Working round-the-clock. I got a day off to relax. And here we are once again at it on ‘Live.'”

Some fans shared concern about Seacrest after last Sunday’s season finale of “American Idol,” when they thought he was slurring words or experiencing an issue with one of his eyes.

Last week, Seacrest’s rep shot down the health-related reports, and claimed it was due to exhaustion.

“Ryan did not have any kind of stroke last night,” read a statement to People. “Like many people right now, Ryan is adjusting to the new normal and finding work-home balance, with the added stress of having to put on live shows from home.”

“Between ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan,’ ‘American Idol,’ ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest,’ and the Disney Family Singalong specials, he has been juggling three-four on-air jobs over the last few weeks and he’s in need of rest,” the statement continued. “So today he took a well-deserved day off.”
