(New) B.K. Park is one of the best-known sushi masters in Chicago, thanks to his early work at Mirai Sushi, Arami and Juno (he still owns the latter). His newest effort is an omakase concept in the West Loop, a 22-seat space (tiny by restaurant standards, large for an omakase restaurant) offering 15 or so courses for $175 — about average for Chicago omakase spots, though there’s nothing average about Park’s restaurant, which is about as good as it gets.
