Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Do you love Ruth Bader Ginsburg? Do you want to see the upcoming documentary, “RBG,” about the life and times of the Supreme Court justice?

While the documentary is opening in select theaters May 4, Chicagoans have a chance to see it early, courtesy of the Onion’s A.V. Club. The publication will host a screening of the film April 25 at Landmark Century Centre Cinema (2828 N. Clark St.), about 10 days prior to its official release. The showtime will be announced closer to the date. Even better: The showing is free.

Check it out, and you can troll the RBG super-fans among your friends before the doc officially drops.

Visit the AV Club’s application for passes. Once you complete the form, you’ll be entered to win a pass for two to the screening — winners will be notified via email that they’ve won. Be aware, though: Early screenings are usually overbooked, and your pass does not guarantee you a seat. Your best bet is to show up early.
