Drugs
Phillip W. Lam, 24, of the 5700 block of North Francisco Avenue in Chicago, was charged with possession of cannabis in the 500 block of West Frontage Road on Dec. 10. He was also charged with speeding.

Malik T. Allen, 21, of the 5500 block of North Glenwood Ave. in Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license, no insurance, expired registration and possession of cannabis in the 100 block of Willow Road on Dec. 7.
Theft
An iPhone and battery charger were taken from an office in the 400 block of Central Avenue on Dec. 8. Amount of loss is $800.
A wallet was taken from an office in the 500 block of West Frontage Road on Dec. 5 and it was found in Glenview and returned. Amount of loss is $150 in cash.
Winnetka
Fraud
A resident of the 300 block of Sheridan Road reported on Dec. 5 that their personal financial information was used to make two unauthorized withdrawals from their bank account. Amount of loss is $6,915.
A resident of the 500 block of Green Bay Road reported on Dec. 8 that their personal financial information was used to make unauthorized purchases on their credit card account. Amount of loss is $1,212.52.
A resident of the 1400 block of Scott Avenue reported on Dec. 8 that their personal financial information was used to open various credit cards and to make unauthorized purchases. Amount of loss is $4,752.77.
A resident of the 1200 block of Sunset Road reported on Dec. 11 that their personal financial information was used to withdraw funds from their checking account, to open up a new account at Apple Rewards and to make unauthorized charges on their Best Buy account. Amount of loss exceeds $10,000.
Traffic
Adelina O. Arreguin, 48, of the 3800 block of Kirk Street in Skokie, was charged on Dec. 8 with driving on a suspended driver’s license and for disobeying a stop sign.
