Fraud
*A resident of the 100 block of Westview Road reported on Oct. 5 that their personal financial information was used to attempt to open several accounts. There is no reported loss at this time.

*A resident of the 1500 block of Asbury Avenue on Oct. 8 reported an attempt to open a Chase credit card in the victim’s name. There is no reported loss at this time.
Theft
*A secured bicycle was taken from a bike rack at New Trier High School, according to an Oct. 8 report. The amount of loss is $600.
DUI
*Fatima Diaz-Baca, 27, of the 100 block of Dickens Road in Northfield, was charged with DUI in the 500 block of Green Bay Road on Oct. 9, according to police. Diaz-Baca was also cited for failure to signal turn and disobeying the stop sign.
