DUI

Jessica L. Bowen, 28, of the 300 block of W. Esplanade Avenue in Los Angeles, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Ash Street on Sept. 24. Bowen was also cited for speeding.
