Unilever, the company behind Axe body spray and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, plans to close the North American headquarters of its food solutions business in Lisle and relocate it to Englewood Cliffs, N.J.

Jaime Stein, a company spokeswoman, confirmed the planned closing of the office, where about 125 people work, but declined to specify a time frame. A source familiar with the company’s plans said the move would take place this summer.

Unilever’s food segment makes a number of well-known brands, including Hellman’s, Knorr, Breyers, Country Crock and Klondike.

Unilever’s U.S. headquarters is in Englewood Cliffs. The company’s global headquarters is in London.
