Aurora Police Department spokesman Dan Ferrelli said police were called to the 600 block of Concord Street around 10:55 p.m. after someone fired several rounds that stuck and damaged a home on the block.
During their investigation, police learned that the damaged home was likely not the intended target. Ferrelli said one of the juveniles involved in the ongoing dispute lived nearby, and that his home was likely the point of interest.
Several juveniles were questioned by police, and offered differing stories about what had happened Monday evening, Ferrelli said.
He said it is not clear where any of the juveniles were when the shooting occurred.
The juveniles were all released without charges and police are continuing to investigate the shooting, Ferrelli said.
Anyone with information should call investigators at 630-256-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 630-892-1000.
