I am writing to tell how much I appreciate what a great hospital Hines VA Hospital has become. I have been using its facilities for the past 14 years, and have seen a gigantic change for the better within the last two or three years.

Not only are the buildings updated, but the general attitude of the staff is efficient, helpful and pleasant.

There has been so much negative publicity, I feel something good should be said about it. Many of my fellow vets that belong to the Frank Leahy post also share my sentiments on Hines.
