Officials are searching for a 17-year-old Lake Villa girl who has been missing since Saturday night and is described as “endangered.”

Sarah J. Wohlrabe was reported missing from her residence in the 23330 block of West Liberty Avenue in unincorporated Lake Villa. She was last seen inside her residence by family members on Saturday at approximately 9:30 p.m. When family members awoke on Sunday, Wohlrabe was no longer home, according to Det. Christopher Covelli of the Lake County Sheriff’s office.

Covelli said the girl was still missing as of mid-morning Monday and that investigators are not sure if she is still in the “immediate area.”

Wohlrabe has medical concerns and is without her necessary medications. She is considered missing and endangered.

Wohlrabe is described as being 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 145 pounds. She has red hair and green eyes. Wohlrabe was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a white/grey tank top. She is also likely in possession of a roller-style large suitcase (dark teal color) containing clothing and other personal belongings.

If Wohlrabe is located, please contact law enforcement immediately.
