No injuries or power outages were reported Wednesday after a semi truck struck a utility pole near Old Grand and Grand avenues in Gurnee.
Gurnee Police Cmdr. William Meyer said the truck cracked the pole, damaging it enough to require replacement by a ComEd crew.
The semi truck was able to be driven from the scene.
