A Naperville man wanted on charges of solicitation of a minor in Louisiana was apprehended by Naperville police Wednesday following a traffic stop, police said.
Jacob B. Abrams, 21, of the 1200 block of Needles Court, is wanted on charges that originated in Louisiana for indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer aided solicitation of a minor, according to a Naperville Police Department press release.
Police said Abrams was arrested following a traffic stop near the intersection of Washington Street and Edgewater Drive at about 6:35 p.m. Wednesday. Naperville investigators then used a warrant to search Abrams’ residence on Needles Court. Police said the investigation is continuing.
Abrams is in DuPage County Jail with bond set at $30,000. He is scheduled to appear in DuPage County Court on Friday.
