
The Loyola girls lacrosse team remained perfect in Illinois with its 14-12 win over Glenbrook South on Monday, May 4, in Glenview.
The six-time defending state champion Ramblers (16-2) never trailed, but they were tied with the Titans at 6-all early in the second half. Loyola then ran off five goals in a row during a five-minute stretch to take a 11-6 lead. Sophomore attacker Brennan Dwyer scored all three of her goals in that span.

Senior attacker Kathleen Hulseman and senior midfielder Megan Schulte also each scored three goals for Loyola.
Glenbrook South (11-3) was led by junior midfielder Sarah McDonagh, who scored a game-best six goals, including one at the 17:36 mark of the second half that evened the game at 6-6.
